Who can apply?

Any BIDMC/HMFP employee with an interest in medical education (e.g., attending, fellow, resident, intern, nurse, social worker, etc) is eligible to apply. You (or a colleague on the project) will need to commit to attending the poster session which will take place on June 3, 2024, from 4:30pm-6:30pm.

We want to represent the range of education research and scholarship being (or has been) done at BIDMC. This includes completed education research studies, works in progress, QI, classroom teaching sessions, bedside teaching, assessments, simulation projects, educational materials, etc. We are particularly interested in interprofessional and nursing projects as well as the range of UME and GME initiatives.

This year, a subset of poster submissions focused on simulation-based educational activities will be invited to give a 10-minute oral presentation at the annual BILH Simulation Symposium on Friday, June 7th, in addition to the June 3 event.
