Rotator Onboarding
Important Update: We will be shifting to a OneDrive-only submission process. Please do not email new rotator forms to GME. All submissions must be uploaded directly to the OneDrive folder linked below.
Completed new hire forms should be uploaded to: GME Rotator Request
The GME team will automatically be alerted when a new file has been added for submission. Submission of the rotator template will initiate license invitations (as applicable) and MedHub profile creation. We do ask that all submissions be uploaded in their original template version (excel) for review.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Alessandra via teams/email.
